SCAM ALERT!!

There is a national scam being carried out in which prospective renters want to send – usually via money order – more money than the rent specified.  You are requested to cash the money order and send them the extra cash.  The money orders are fraudulent.  Many times there is an international connection.  If you are contacted, please contact the Ohio Attorney General’s Consumer Fraud Office at 1-800-282-0515 or the U.S. Secret Service Toledo Office – 419-259-6434.  For more information, go here:  http://snopes.com/crime/fraud/cashier.asp

• Major Apartment Complexes - spaces are available in wonderful complexes with all (or largely) student residents very near campus - these complexes market specifically to UT students
