Lots of our students need someone like you!  BUT -- be sure to enter into a Roommate Agreement (click to bring up the agreement - Requires Acrobat Reader).   Sometimes even best friends have problems when they live together.  

SCAM ALERT!!

There is a national scam being carried out in which prospective renters want to send – usually via money order – more money than the rent specified.  You are requested to cash the money order and send them the extra cash.  The money orders are fraudulent.  Many times there is an international connection.  If you are contacted, please contact the Ohio Attorney General’s Consumer Fraud Office at 1-800-282-0515 or the U.S. Secret Service Toledo Office – 419-259-6434.  For more information, go here:  http://snopes.com/crime/fraud/cashier.asp

Have a Place, Need a Roommate
These are students who already have a place and need someone to move in and share expenses. 

Available as a Roommate
They're available. Have suitcases, ready to move. Hook up with them to find a place, or contact them if you have a place for them. 

Need a Replacement
They have a place, they're moving out either temporarily or permanently and need someone to take their place. You may or may not be living with others. It may be a place in a major apartment complex, it may be a room in home with other students.
